"IAIN0112 Action of parameter group $RM CONSOLES FAILED" updating Console Name Prefix

Issue/Introduction

Trying to change the value of the Console Name Prefix parameter in $RM CONSOLES parameter group but the update fails due to: 

IAIN0112 Action of parameter group $RM CONSOLES FAILED

On NetMaster SYSTEM ACTIVITY LOG the following messages are returned:

N85602 AOM IS ACTIVE (RUNNING) STARTED: yy/mm/dd hh.mm.ss.                                   
N85603 AOMPROC=$RMAOMP CMDPROC=NO TABLE=COMMANDS($RMAOMT)                                    
IAIN0133 Parameter group $RM CONSOLES action failed, proc=$RMINWIZ RC=8                      
IAIN0178 Processing for parameter group $RM CONSOLES ended, status is FAILED                 
IAIN0112 Action of parameter group $RM CONSOLES FAILED   

Cause

You cannot change the console prefix whilst AOM is active

Resolution

1. Stop AOM
2. Action the $RM CONSOLES parameter group 
3. Restart AOM (or restart the region, being the easy way of doing that).
