New Mux reporting not honouring OBS access rights.

Issue/Introduction

When a labour resource is added to a Group that has been granted Access rights via OBS, the access rights are not honored in Reporting in Modern UX.
No Project data is displayed in the report however if the user is granted global access rights directly the Project data gets displayed in the report

 

Steps To Reproduce:

 

1. Login to Clarity Mux as an Admin and create a report designer using out of the box data provider 'Assignments across Investments' and also using a Table widget.
2. In the Report filter, set 'Resource (Assignment) = Current User'
3. In the Table widget, click on 'Configure' cog wheel and specify the 'Periods', 'Start Period' and 'End Period'
4. In the Columns section of the table widget, Select 'ETC' in the 'Per-Period Metrics' so data displays on the widget.
5. Click on 'Publish' button to publish it to create a report. 
6. Create a labour resource '1' and grant the following access rights.

   Instance Access Rights;
   'Reporting - Report Viewer - View' for report created in step 5
    
    Global Access Right;
    'Project Management - Tiles Navigate'
    'Project Management - Navigate'
    'Reporting - Available Reports - Navigate'
    'Reporting - Navigate'
    'Reporting - Reports - Navigate'
 
7. Create Group 'A' add labour resource '1' to it

    Grant the following OBS unit right to the Group 'A'

   Project - View Base
   Project - Edit Management
   Project - Edit
   Project - Task Management
   Project - View Tasks
   Project - View
   Project - Edit Assigned Tasks
   Project - View All Fields
   Project - View Management

   Assign the following Global Access rights the Group 'A';
   
   Project Management - Tiles Navigate
   Project Management - Navigate

8. Add resource '1' to a project and assign to a task with monthly ETC 
9. Add the Project to the same OBS unit Group 'A' belongs to in the 'Organizational Breakdown Structures' section of the project in Clarity Classic.

10 Run Load Data Warehouse job, Time Slicing job and Load Data Warehouse Access Rights job
11. Login to Clarity MUX as Resource '1' and open the project and Task assigned to. All data displays okay
12. Open the newly created report 

Expected:  Project and ETC data to be displayed for the periods specified in report design 

Actual:  No Data is displayed at all
