Encryption Error while downloading incident attachment from DLP Enforce Console.

Environment

DLP 16.x

Customer uses a custom PAM solution to access the Enforce console over a MS RDP session.

Resolution

The Encryption error is not from DLP Enforce but of MS RDP session.

This is a potential Network And/or Windows Environmntal issue.
