HCX Enterprise features for Hyperscaler/VCPP license are not available after upgrading to 4.11.

Issue/Introduction

• You have recently upgraded from 4.11, using the HCX Advanced License (VCPP license). 
• You are trying to enable HCX Enterprise features, such as RAV (Replication Assisted vMotion) and MON (Mobility Optimized Networking), however the system is showing that you don't have license.

Cause

HCX 4.11 does not offer enterprise features by default for Hyperscaler customers and their access to these features is entirely dependent on their MSP subscription.

Note: In HCX 4.11 and later releases, all HCX Enterprise features, including RAV, MON, and others, are enabled by default only for customers that purchased VCF after December 13, 2023 and upgraded to VCF 5.2 and later are entitled to and able to access all the HCX Enterprise features upon upgrading to HCX 4.11, without requiring an additional license key.

Resolution

Please, contact your Hyperscaler service provider if you need to use the HCX Enterprise, using MSP/VCF or NSX license.
