Question:

I am running the DCD FEYCFG05 job getting IEF644I INVALID NUMERIC IN THE SPACE FIELD for the CONFIG DD? How can this be corrected?

Answer:

Sites running DCD FEYCFG05 job can get IEF644I INVALID NUMERIC IN THE SPACE FIELD

for the CONFIG DD. This is due to the TRKS specification in the SPACE is not valid,

and directory blocks is missing.

DCD maintennace removes the allocation of the CONFIG PDS from FEYCFG05 job steps that

delete and allocate it. This maintenace is part of DCD PTF RO88131 which reconfigures

all the PDS members in the following SMP/E target libraries referenced in the FEYCFG05

CFEYJCL

CFEYOPTN

CFEYPROC

and in the following SMP/E target USS files:

dao.properties

TCPIP.properties
