CA Identity Manager Duplicating the Existing Account Templates takes long time

Issue/Introduction

When trying to duplicate an Active Directory Account Template, it takes around 4 minutes

To create the Account Template, we go to the Create Active Directory Account Template, select "create a copy of an account Template", select "Active Directory", search for *TEMPLATE*, and select the Account Template that we want to duplicate. At this time, it takes about 4 minutes to have the screen where we have the details of the account Template.

Environment

VAPP IGA 14.5 SP1 CHF1

Cause

Here in this case, there are more than 10000 Active Directory Account templates.

Waiting for 4 minutes is impossible. 

Resolution

The Engineering Team addressed the issue and provided an HF.

Once we deploy the HF, the Account creation should complete within 3-4 seconds
