Unable to install Harvest Workbench. Install seems to hang.

Issue/Introduction

Problem:

Unable to perform CA Harvest Workbench or CA Harvest Administrator install on Windows machine with a path length > 2048.

It appears to work but installation never ends. 

Environment:

Harvest 12.6, 64 bit

Windows 7, 64 bit  

Resolution:

We have identified the problem as both the PEC installer and our Client installers. During updating the Path in PEC installer using InstallScript, there was a set limit of 2048 characters, this has been changed it to 4096. This 2048 limit would cause the PEC install to continue to loop.

Please contact support to get latest corrected installation.
