vSphere HA agent on host cannot reach some management network addresses of other hosts

Issue/Introduction

After creating and deleting a management network on the ESXi host, the following error continues to be logged:

vSphere HA agent on host cannot reach some management network addresses of other hosts

Environment

VMware vSphere 7.x
VMware vSphere 8.x

Cause

vSphere HA continues to attempt access to the management network it has removed.

Resolution

Re-enable vSphere HA using the steps in the KB below
Disabling and enabling VMware vSphere High Availability (vSphere HA)

Disabling and re-enabling vSphere HA will not affect the operation of running VMs.
In the unlikely issue of a host failure during re-enabling vSphere HA, manually start the VMs.
