prediction_engine QOS MESSAGE queue is yellow after upgrading to CU5

Issue/Introduction
After upgrading to DX UIM 23.4.5 the primary hub shows a queue for prediction_engine.QOS_MESSAGE that is yellow and will not drain.
Resolution
A hotfix is available and has been attached to this KB. (prediction_engine-23.4.5-_hot_fix_2_DE646481.zip)
this hotfix must only be applied to a DX UIM 23.4.5 (CU5) environment. This fix is already included in CU6.
Instructions to deploy:
- deactivate prediction_engine
- save a copy of the file "ttt_definitions" which is found in the folder /Nimsoft/probes/slm/prediction_engine/
- right-click and delete prediction_engine in IM
- delete the left over folder /probes/slm/prediction_engine/
- go into the Hub GUI And look for the prediction_engine.PREDICTION_CONFIG and prediction_engine.QOS_MESSAGE queues
- if the prediction_engine.QOS_MESSAGE queue is defined here, delete it, but leave PREDICTION_CONFIG alone.
- click ok/restart hub
- deploy prediction_engine hotfix
- activate the probe and verify that it subscribes successfully to prediction_engine.PREDICTION_CONFIG --- the QOS_MESSAGE queue will not appear yet
- deactivate the probe after confirming
- now drop the copy you took of the ttt_definitions file back into the prediction_engine folder
- activate the probe
- at this time the prediction_engine.QOS_MESSAGE queue should appear and will have been re-added to the hub.cfg
Additional Information
This will be included as a fix in the upcoming CU6 (23.4.6) release.
