Cabi wasp down after CU5 Upgrade

Issue/Introduction

After upgrading to 23.4.5, cabi wasp is in red state. With errors in wasp logs.

Resolution

Make sure to use wasp version earlier than 23.4.5 as mentioned in the CU5 prerequisites.

From docs:

• Perform the DX UIM Upgrade with the Windows account configured in the data_engine probe.
• If CABI is currently installed on the DX UIM Primary Hub or the Operator Console Robot, you must migrate it to a different robot before proceeding with the upgrade to DX UIM 23.4 CU5. CABI is compatible only with WASP versions earlier than 23.4.5. Starting from WASP version 23.4.5 and above, CABI is no longer supported.
