Links defined in a new section are not copied over from a template

Issue/Introduction

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a Project in Clarity
2. Go to 'Links' tab
3. Click on 'New section' to create a new section
4. Create a single link in this section
5. Mark the 'Template' flag to True for this Project. This can be done in the Project Grid view
6. Click on 'New From Template'
7. Choose the Project from step 1
8. Go to 'Links' tab of the newly created Project.

Expected Results:

• The section defined in step 3 and the link created in step 4 are copied over into the new Project

Actual Results:

• The section and the link are both missing
