Policy_management queue is showing yellow

Issue/Introduction

After upgrading UIM to version 23.4.5, the Policy_management queue is showing yellow.

Environment

UIM 23.4.5

OC 23.4.5

Resolution

On each OC server, follow these steps:

1. In IM open raw configuration for WASP:

2. Add the following key under:

   webapps/policy_management_ws/custom/uncrypted

   Key to add:

   policy_processing = true 

3. Restart the WASP probe on the OC server.
4. Verify the policy management queue:
   • Check that the policy_management queue appears and is green in color, indicating it’s active and functioning.
