Issue/Introduction

The following error can be seen when trying to add the vCenter adapter.

"The vCenter credentials must have the Global.License privilege
assigned and be a member of the LicenseService.Administrators Single
Sign-On group license management will not be available"

vCenter integration is completed, and data is collecting.  However, in License Management, the vCenter doesn't exist.  License cannot be assigned to the newly created vCenter adapter.

Environment

VCF Operations 9.x

Cause

Time sync issue due to NTP is not configured and enabled on vCenter.

A significant time drift (more than 60 seconds) can lead to SSO authentication issue.

The following Error Exception can be seen from /storage/vcops/log/adapters/ManagementAdapter/ManagementAdapter_##.log
