vmware-vpxd-svcs servces not able to start on vCenter

Issue/Introduction

Customer unable to access the vCenter web-UI but manage to access its VAMI. Manual starting the vmware-vpxd-svcs would have the following error.

Environment

vCenter 7.x

vCenter 8.x

Cause

There were some unwanted json.bak files created on the vmware-vpxd-svcs folder.

Resolution

Move the following files to other directory like /root

Restart the vCenter.
