Issue/Introduction

Where can information about object changes or deletions be found in an Automic SaaS system.  For example, where can you find information about what user deleted an agent on a system?

Environment

Automic SaaS

Resolution

By default, OBJECT_AUDIT is turned on in an Automic SaaS system.  This means that the actions outlined in the Object Audit documentation are downloaded and stored.  Your administrator should have received a welcome email with information for SaaS that included information for login to "Execution Data Daily Archive Files" which has a link to something like downloads-[tenant_id].saas.automic.example.com and includes a user name and password.

When logged into SFTP at this URL, there will be files called something like Client_0100_UC_ARCHIVE_[YYYYMMDD]_[HHMMSS].zip where YYYYMMDD and HHMMSS are the date and time the files were created.
Within this .zip file is a file called something like RevisionRep_Client0100_[YYYYMMDD].txt which is the revision report for that day.

More information on Revision Reports can be found here: AE DB Revision Report
