Issue/Introduction

CDM profiles on various robot OS types always remain with a "Pending" status and never change to "Active" status.

The suspect robots report to different hubs, with each hub having over 500 robots.

This issue is causing a problem where QOS is not collected for all profiles.

The following error is being repeatedly captured in the configuration_reader_service for the robots:

Profile's configuration is out of sync for Robot:<robotname> Status:OUT_OF_SYNC
ERROR [attach_socket, com.ca.uim.probe.mcs.readerService.secondary.SecondaryConfigPusherThread] Unknown robot(robotdeviceid) to hub:/MyDomainName/MyHubName/MyRobotName/hub

Environment

DX UIM 23.4.3 and 23.4.4

Cause

Known issue with configuration_reader_service 23.4.3 and 23.4.4

Resolution

This issue is sometimes seen when the configuration_reader_service is not able to obtain a complete robot list on hubs with a large number of robots

Step to resolve this issue:

1. Import the attached configuration_reader_service (23.4.4.3) to the UIM Archive

2. Deployed the configuration_reader_service to all hubs

3. Allow time for profiles to sync and check the profile status on the suspect robots

This fix will be incorporated into CU6.
