Errors seen periodically by users launching Spectrum OneClick using Critix. Users that are not using Citrix do not see these errors:

Unknown issue with downloading the oneclick.jnlp file when using Citrix
WORK AROUND: Copy the oneclick.jnlp file to the desktop of the client system:
1. Log into the OneClick web page
2. Right mouse click on "Start Console" and select "Save Link As" from the menu
3. Save the oneclick.jnlp file to the desktop
4. To launch OneClick, double click on the oneclick.jnlp on the desktop
NOTE: The above work-around will have to be redone after a Spectrum upgrade to download the new oneclick.jnlp file for the new version of Spectrum
