Issue/Introduction

Noticed that SysAdmins can see Service view in CloudSOC with different stats values for the same time frame.

Environment

CloudSOC

Cause

For the affected CASB SysAdmin, the Service Visibility setting was changed from its original value to either of the other ones available to choose from.

Resolution

Please review and compare Service Visibility configuration to determine differences that are presented on AUDIT > Services page.
