Missing Devices sent from UIM to DX OI, DXO2.

Issue/Introduction

After recent apm_bridge updates, devices monitored by the url_response probe are no longer being published to DX OI.

Noticed items are only removed from DX OI after XY days. At the moment, we are missing more than 100 devices in DX OI, even though they are still visible and monitored in DX UIM.

I was informed that starting with some apm_bridge version, the probes considered for publishing are controlled by the "probe_list" attribute in the configuration. The url_response probe is present in this list, but it seems that it is not working correctly anymore.

How do I resolve this issue?

• DX UIM 23.4.*

Cause

Resolution

• Refer to the following KB: Not all devices / inventory are published from DX UIM to DXO2 
  
  
• Refer to the oi_connector and apm_bridge setup and oi_connector and apm_bridge setup and best practices.
  In case issue remain contact UIM support. When it is confirmed that there are no setup or performance issues with connector gather the logs from DXO2 components like TAS (tas.log) and NASS. For NASS from following pods: apmservices-nass and doi-nass-indexer.
