Unable to load DX Dashboard, error Templating init failed Couldn't find variable with id:productId

Issue/Introduction

Loading of Connector Health dashboard never finishes.

When I click "Cancel loading dashboard" I get the errors in the 2nd screenshot:
Templating
Templating init failed Couldn't find variable with id:productId

Templating [connectorId]
Error updating options: Couldn't find variable with id:connectorId

Cause

Network issue 

Resolution

• Use Browser incognito window
• Contact your IT team for possible network local issues
• If the problem persists, collect a HAR file and contact Broadcom Support
