ISG display "Error getting license attributes (Error code: -14203)" every day.

Issue/Introduction

The installed Edge Secure Web Gateway(EdgeSWG) and Content Analysis(CAS) application has a valid license, but Integrated Secure Gateway(ISG) displays a license error at the same time every day.
How can this be resolved? Is it possible to ignore the error?

Resolution

ISG itself does not require a license. The license should be installed for the virtual application running on ISG. Therefore, the error message is not an issue and can be safely ignored.
