Issue/Introduction

Upggrade fails at step 6 with the error message:

"FailedThe PAK action "new_validate" script "source ./pak_python_wrapper.sh validate.py" failed

Environment

Aria Operations 8.x

Cause

Locked admin account.

Resolution

Unlock the admin account using steps in KB 326396. Once the admin account is unlocked log back into the /admin UI > Software Update and select FINISH INSTALLATION.
