Issue/Introduction

This article describes the steps to add the user profile pictures to Identity Portal so they appear in the header when users log into the Portal

Environment

Identity Portal 14.5 & 15

Resolution

1. Create a new folder named USERPIC within the Resources folder designated during CA Identity Portal Installation.
2. Copy user profile pictures to the USERPIC folder.  These should be named <userid>.jpg where <userid> is the ID each user uses to log into CA Identity Portal.
3. Clear the browser buffer (in Google Chrome, click the Chrome menu, then click More tools > Clear browsing data).
4. Log into CA Identity Portal as <userid> and the profile picture will appear in the Portal header.
