1. Create a new folder named USERPIC within the Resources folder designated during CA Identity Portal Installation.
2. Copy user profile pictures to the USERPIC folder. These should be named <userid>.jpg where <userid> is the ID each user uses to log into CA Identity Portal.
3. Clear the browser buffer (in Google Chrome, click the Chrome menu, then click More tools > Clear browsing data).
4. Log into CA Identity Portal as <userid> and the profile picture will appear in the Portal header.
