"general1" error during VCF Fleet Deployment Distributed Switch configuration

Issue/Introduction

During the deployment of VCF 9 a "general1" error will be encountered during Fleet Deployment at the Distributed Switch configuration screen:

 

 

 

Environment

VCF 9.0

Cause

This is related to the certificates currently configured for the ESX hosts failing to have a matching SAN.  To confirm, go to the "Hosts" tab and attempt to revalidate the hosts:

This issue can be resolved by following the steps detailed within KB327187
