Web archive fails on one incident with event code 2403 "Export web archive failed"

Code: 2403
Summary: Export web archive failed
Detail: Failed to create archive "archive_name" for user User_Name. Failure occurred at incident #.

Environment

Symantec Data Loss Prevention 16.0.2, 16.1 MP1

Cause

Review localhost logs for SEVERE messages regarding the archive job. The message will tell you which incident is causing the archive to fail if it is not mentioned in the Enforce Console event code. In this instance, the incident's email subject line contained an apostrophe or a single quote

Resolution

Resolved in DLP 16.1 MP1 HF2
