We are facing an issue that is related to a condition in a policy that is not triggering properly.
When dealing with advanced policy having more combined conditions it is suggested to split the policy. For instance, having 1 policy with set of conditions as below:
a) 1 condition (if both are true)
b) 2 condition (if both are true)
c) 3 condition (if one is true)
Can be troubleshooted precisely when it would be splitted to 3 seperate policies. It is vital to highlight that for 1 condition, one sub condition is true and another is false so the main one will end up as false too.
