Windows APM Infrastructure Agent missing a required .dll file.

Issue/Introduction

When installing the latest Windows apmia agent, start up fails due to a missing dll, vcruntime140.dll.  I found this out by attempting to run the exes in the SystemEdge directory manual. I was able to resolve the issue in dev by installing Visual Studio 2015 community edition, which contains the required dll, but this isn't a sustainable solution. 

Environment

Windows Server 2012 (EOL)

Windows APMIA agent - 25.8.2.10

DXO2 SaaS

Cause

Dependency issue - missing vcruntime140.dll binary.

Resolution

Issue can be resolved by manual adding vcruntime140.dll without installing VS studio. Ensure that agent is combined with supported Windows Server.
