Issue/Introduction

Alarm "High pNic error rate detected. Check the host's vSAN performance view for details" is not cleared automatically even after pNIC problem is resolved.

Environment

vSAN

Cause

This alarm is triggered by below type events, but these are not triggered with status green when pnic has no error stats.

vsan.health.test.diagnostics.pnic.###.event

Thus that, this alarm is configured without reset rule by default.

Resolution

It's an expected product behavior.

We need to reset this alarm after we have confirmed pNIC is alright.
