Transport Node Status is INSTALL FAILED on UI (System > Fabric > Host).
ESXi hosts show the below log every 10 minutes in nsx-syslog.log: <TIMESTAMP> Wa(<NUMBER>) nsx-sfhc[<PID>]: NSX <PID> - [nsx@<NUMBER> comp="nsx-esx" subcomp="nsxsfhc" tid="<TID>" level="WARNING"] Get software version failed for nsx-monitoring.
ESXi host vmkernel.log also show the below log every 10 minutes.: <TIMESTAMP> In(<NUMBER>) vmkernel: cpu<NUMBER>:<PID>)Admission failure in path: host:vim:vmvisor:esximage:sh.<PID>
Environment
VMware NSX Datacenter 4.x

NSX Manager verifies NSX VIBs are installed on the transport node by running localcli software vib list.
If memory is insufficient on the ESXi host, executing localcli software vib list will fail, and NSX Manager will mark it as INSTALL FAILED.
Resolution

For the Transport Nodes reported in NSX Install Failed state, perform the following steps:
