Issue/Introduction

ConnectALL fails to synchronize tags with spaces from Rally to Jira.

An error is seen in Related Artifacts as follows:

Error Message :  Record could not be created due to the error {"errorMessages":[],"errors":{"labels":"The label '<label name>' contains spaces which is invalid."}}

Cause

Jira labels do not support containing spaces, where as other systems such as Rally may support this feature.
