Issue/Introduction

The RMOSTC started task failed with a S0C4 abend.

Resolution

Based on the SVC dump review, found was a bundle that was being updated at the exact time of the cancellation of a job/user, or a system failure occurred, resultingly corrupting the record for the bundle in the Deliver database.

PTF LU17988 will allow for the bypassing of bad bundles, eliminating the possibility of database corruption.
