Issue/Introduction
The following deadlock errors are reported in the ReporterLog file:

App Control Server: 8.11.2 and Lower
Resolution
A fix will be delivered with the release of App Control Server version 8.12
Additional Information
Investigating the deadlocks determined that although they could occur frequently, they are short-lived and don't affect the overall server performance in a significant way.
This issue is tracked as EPCB-24089.
