Windows Java Agent: launching a job for a new user creates a wrong profile image path

Issue/Introduction

If a WIN Job is started with Agent Java 24.x  first time with a new user, the windows profile that will be created will have a wrong name (just the first letter of its name instead of the full name).


For example, if the user is:

bobo -> c:\users\b
coco -> c:\users\c
toto -> c:\users\t

Windows Java Agent 21.x and 24.x

Resolution

Workaround:

Logon to the server as the user before launching a JOBS with the Automic Java Windows Agent as that user.

Solution:

Update to a fix version listed below or a newer version if available.
