VPE9896 failure for ADRPNL in BDNEW02

Issue/Introduction

During new install Job BDNEW02    STEP: ADRPNLBU    PROGRAM: VPE9896 got:

CAPD112W SYMBOLIC INFORMATION NOT FOUND FOR PROGRAM "VPE9896 ".

Cause

BDNEW02 job output shows there's a problem reading the first block of XXXXX.CUS1DEV.ADRPNL:

This should be the ADRPNL file created during IPC installation in job VQNEW01.

 

Resolution

 VLS files need to be created before installing Datacom/DB.

To avoid missing programs, modules, etc., during installation, it is required to follow this order when installing Datacom/DB:

     1. Install IPC.

     2. Install Datacom/DB.

     3. Install Datacom CICS Services, Ideal, or Datacom Server as needed.

     4. Install Transparencies and other tools.
