Cannot login to UI for Aria Operations

Issue/Introduction

• When attempting to log into the Aria Operations UI, the error below is received.

  • ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

• This occurs while using the FQDN and the IP of the instance.
• SSH access to cluster nodes is possible.
• The command 'df -h' shows high disk utilisation for the '/storage/db' partition of one or all nodes.

Environment

• Aria Operations 8.18.x

Cause

The '/storage/db' partition can fill for various reasons. Primarily, it is caused by high data retention configurations in a growing environment.
