Issue/Introduction

ITSM incidents are being created but no details are being captured in the Ticket. 

Resolution

Updated the Spectrum Data publisher to include message_details. Working and shows up in O2. Then then mapped message tempate to include this information and tested it showing up in BMC Helix. Working.
