Random alerts missing when send forward to 3rd platform

Issue/Introduction

The reported alert need to trigger every 1 min

Same alerts notification not triggered for 1 hour though all could be found in interactive dashboard 

Environment

VMware Aria Operations for Logs 8.18.*

Cause

The judgment on the alert condition could be incorrect with limited query period

Resolution

Edit the alert definition to increase alert query period from once a minute to once every 5 or 15 minutes can significantly decrease the probability of false query on actual alert
