Issue/Introduction

We kept the servers in suppression, still we received  alerts on some servers during maintenance schedule

Environment

UIM 23.4 CU4

Any supported UIM version 

Resolution

The time on the target servers having issues was incorrect and needs to be corrected as per the timzone the server is located

If the time is incorrect there will be possibilities of getting alerts during the maintenance schedule

Verify externally the internet time for that timezone to compare/verify the time on the target server
