Custom form is working on target catalog already
Once the content is updated by template version release, the custom form reset to default base form that custom have to import the custom form manually
VMware Aria Automation 8.18.*
If "custom request form" in content panel is black , service broker will consider that no custom form attached on this content
1.Switch to Service broker.
2.Click Content
3.Click the expand button of the target content
4.Click the updated content item version in right panel
5.Click disable and save
6.Click enable and save
7.Return to content list, check if the content's custom request form become Enabled
