Channel URLs with puiHidePPMTabs not hiding module tabs

Issue/Introduction

Found an issue while setting up channel URLs with puiHidePPMTabs=on in the channel URL and doesn't seem to appear to work for Modern UX (MUX) channels. Works OK for Classic channels but not MUX. 

Steps to Replicate:

1. Create a pages blueprint with a Channel module to any Hierarchy in the system
   
   For Example: Channel URL to be configured as ../../../../../pm/#/hierarchy/5xxxxxx/investments&puiHidePPMTabs=on&puiFullscreen=on
   
   
2. Navigate to the Channel module from a pages instance that was setup with the pages blueprint created in above

Expected Result: The Channel hierarchy to hide module tabs

Actual Result: The Channel hierarchy shows the module tabs

 

Example: Menu tab for Hierarchy workspace is shown within the menu tab of Pages.

Clarity 16.3.3

Resolution

You need to ensure that when adding the &puiFullscreen=on, &puiHidePPMTabs=on or &puiHideHeader=on parameters, the first parameter should be preceded by a '?' mark, not an '&' mark.

Changed the Channel URL to the following:

../../../../../pm/#/hierarchy/5xxxxxx/investments?puiHidePPMTabs=on&puiFullscreen=on
