NSX UI tool Traceflow shows "Dropped by IP"

Issue/Introduction

When trace is initiated by selecting pool member IP as a source and load balancer IP as a destination, 'Traceflow' within NSX  UI shows "Dropped by IP" 

Environment

VMware NSX

Cause

This is a known issue affecting NSX version after 3.2.2 and prior to 4.2

Resolution

The issue is resolved in NSX version 4.2. 

The resolution is to upgrade the version of NSX to the recommended version.
