How to Identify My Organization Roles in the Cloud Service Console

Issue/Introduction

Need to know what Organization role and Service roles are assigned to my profile, / How to find my roles in my Organization.

Environment

VMC on AWS

VLR

Resolution

1. Log in to the Cloud Service Console.
2. On the Top right corner, you will see a dropdown next to your name, click My Account.
3. The assigned Organization & Service roles are displayed

.

Note: 

• You will view the service tile on the Home page only if the respective Service role is assigned to you.
• If you are part of multiple organizations, then first choose the organization from the dropdown, as shown below:
