Even putting the APIC Cluster (SDN_Cluster) model in Maintenance Mode, alarms are still being generated

Issue/Introduction

The APIC Cluster model is put in MM (Maintenance Mode) by setting the isManaged (0x1295d) attribute ID to No.

But Spectrum is still generating the alarms.

Environment

DX NetOps Spectrum 24.3.10 and VNA 24.3.10

Resolution

Engineering is targeting to include the fix in the release that comes in October/November 2025 time frame.

The Spectrum_24.03.10.PTF_24.3.1002 PTF patch was created to address this issue in 24.3.10.
