"Cannot complete the install" When Installing Eclipse Plugin

Issue/Introduction
When installing the Eclipse plugin to the "Java Developers" edition of Eclipse, getting this error:
Cannot complete the install because one or more required items could not be found.
Software currently installed: CA Harvest SCM Team Provider 14.5.1.204 (com.ca.harvest.team.feature.group 14.5.1.204)
Missing requirement: CA Harvest SCM Team Provider 14.5.1.204 (com.ca.harvest.team 14.5.1.204) requires 'osgi.bundle; org.eclipse.gef 3.17.0' but it could not be found
Cannot satisfy dependency:
From: CA Harvest SCM Team Provider 14.5.1.204 (com.ca.harvest.team.feature.group 14.5.1.204)

Cause
The "Java Developers" edition of Eclipse is a reduced version tailored specifically to Java development. The more standard version, includes everything for Java development plus some extra content is the "Enterprise Java and Web Developers" edition. The Harvest Eclipse plugin needs some of the extra content included with the "Enterprise Java and Web Developer" edition.
Resolution
If it is possible, it is recommended to use the "Enterprise Java and Web Developers" edition of Eclipse instead of the "Java Developers" edition.
If the "Java Developers" edition of Eclipse is required, you need to explicitly Install SQL and DTP components from the site: http://download.eclipse.org/releases/2024-03/
To do this, open Eclipse and before installing the Harvest Eclipse Plugin, select Help -> Install New Software, and from the "Work with:" drop down list select "https://download.eclipse.org/releases/2024-03". (For Eclipse 4.32, it will be "https://download.eclipse.org/releases/2024-06", and for Eclipse 4.33 it will be "https://download.eclipse.org/releases/2024-09")

- Group items by category
- Contact all update sites during install to find required software
- Hide items that are already installed
Please leave this checkbox unchecked
- Show only software applicable to the target environment
In the search bar type "SQL", and select all the components in the list that is returned:
Be sure to scroll all the way to the bottom of the list to ensure all components are selected, then click "Next>".
You will see a summary list of all the components to be installed. Click "Next>".
Accept the license agreement and click "Finish".
Once installation is complete Eclipse will restart and after it does you can proceed to install the Harvest Eclipse Plugin.
