Need integration with Dynatrace 3rd party Monitoring system

Issue/Introduction

We have a request to integrate Dynatrace with UIM - 23.4. We need to connect and obtain information from the UIM alerts, metrics or other available.

Can you please let me know the options we have to integrate it.

Resolution

There is no default nor OOTB integration between UIM and Dynatrace as of the date of the creation of this knowledge article.

There was some discussion on this topic last year in the community. Dynatrace website doesn't appear to provide a list of available/viable options, e.g., API, SNMP, proprietary commands, etc. as some other products have and keep available for customers.

We suggest contacting the Dynatrace team to ask them what if any integration options other than API posts can be used to connect and obtain information from the UIM alerts, metrics or any other available options.
