Unable to log in to the Aria Operations for Logs UI using the Load Balancer IP

Issue/Introduction

• Accessing the Aria Operations for Logs UI using the Load Balancer IP shows "This site can't be reached" error message.

• Navigating to /var/log/loginsight/cassandra.log shows error as "No route to host"

Environment

Aria Operations for Logs 8.18.x

Cause

The issue was caused by a misconfiguration in the routing table on the Aria Operations for Logs.

Resolution

The issue is most likely related to client-side networking. Please have the client review the network configuration and correct the routing configuration on Aria Operations for Logs.
