URL field displays differently between New Issue vs Create Issue screen in MUX

Issue/Introduction

When URL fields are included in the Create Issue page in MUX, the create page doesn't truncate the URL field and not very functional. 

 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a URL attribute under Issue Object
2. Navigate to MUX - Administration  - Blueprints - Projects and open a Blueprint and Edit
3. Enable Risk module for 'Enable Quick Create' and 'Enable Create Issues'
4. Click on Issues - Edit Modules
5. Create Tab and add the below fields 
   Name, ID, URL attribute, Description
6. Publish
7. Navigate to Projects - Open a project - Risk
8. Right click on Risk ID and Create Issue

Expected: The Create Issue page is same as the New Issue page and the URL field is truncated and fields are all aligned
Actual: The URL attribute makes the Create page not very functional and there is no scroll bar at the bottom.

Workaround: Use the New Issue button under the Issue tab.
