VMEM File Not Generated After Taking memory Snapshot

Issue/Introduction
When taking a memory based snapshot, we only see the vmsn file but vmem is not available.
Environment
vCenter server 7.x
vCenter server 8.x
Cause
The hardware version is 10 or lower on the VM
Resolution
Take a backup of the VMs before upgrading the hardware version.
Upgrade your VM hardware version to 11 and above to get .vmem file after memory snapshot
