When opening skyline from vSphere Client >> vCenter >> Monitor >> Skyline Health, an error occurred with message below.

Unable to query vSAN health information. Check vSphere Client logs for details.

Environment

vCenter inaccessible to internet, CEIP(Customer Experience Improvement Program) enabled.

Resolution

Disable CEIP from vCenter.
